In force from 14.10.2026

This is a translation of the Polish text. If the two differ, the Polish version prevails: Polityka prywatności.

This site uses no cookies, runs no analytics and contains no forms. It loads no third-party scripts and no fonts from third-party servers — every asset is served from this domain.

Data controller

Denis Salnikov, NIP 6751774248.

For all matters concerning personal data: ds@analizawschodu.pl

What data is processed

Server logs. The hosting provider records the IP address, the date and time of the request, the sub-page visited, the browser type and the operating system. This data serves only to keep the site running and secure.

Correspondence. If you send a message to ds@analizawschodu.pl, the sender's e-mail address and the content of the message are processed — solely in order to reply.

The site collects no other data. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making.

Legal bases

Server logs — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest of keeping the site secure and working correctly.

Correspondence — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract, where the message concerns an engagement) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering a question).

For how long

Server logs — in line with the hosting provider's policy, as a rule up to 30 days.

Correspondence — for as long as the matter is ongoing, and then for the limitation period of any claims. Correspondence relating to a service performed — for the period required by tax law.

Who the data is entrusted to

Hosting — Vercel Inc. (United States), under a data processing agreement. Vercel is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and applies standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EEA.

E-mail — Proton AG (Switzerland), under a data processing agreement. Switzerland is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision.

Beyond the cases described above, data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area, nor sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Rights of the data subject

You have the right of access to your data, and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, as well as the right to object to processing based on the controller's legitimate interest. A request sent to ds@analizawschodu.pl is enough.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
